Jain Center of Southern California is pleased to invite you all to celebrate 27th Anniversary of our center. JCSC EC, BOD and 27th Anniversary Planning committee, along with help of volunteers, have planned a three-day program.

We have invited a well-known singer, who is also a Vidhikar, Shri Ashishbhai Mehta, from India to captivate us in Bhakti Bhavna and other Poojans.

Sanghpati for Procession on 5/16 – boli and aadesh on 5/15, during bhavna bhakti – Laabh: to carry main dwaja in procession, all 18 Abhisheks of Shantinath Bhagvan & Sidhhachakraji on Trigdu and Asthprakari puja on 5/16, Divo at cultural program and prefered sitting on 5/16.

Toran bandhan at the enterance of Jinalay on 5/16-boli.

Dharavadi around premises of Jinalay for purifiacation – boli.

New silver Gyan Bhandar Arpan, Inauguration and Installation will be done outside Rang Mandap of derasar, in front of Aagam Mandir by sponsor family on 5/17 – boli will start from 5/15 during bhavna bhakti.

New silver Divo Arpan, Inauguration and Installation will be done at right side of Trigdu by sponsor family on 5/17, boli will start from 5/15 during bhavna bhakti.

Silver contribution for making of Gyan Bhandar, Divo & two new silver Torans (one at the entrance of derasar, another at Gabhara entrance). Can be pledged throughout the event – For 1kg – $700, 1/2 kg – $350, 1/4 kg $175.
Annual dhwaja changing ceremony for main Shikhar – boli will start from 5/15 during bhavna bhakti.

સૌનો એ અનુભવ છે કે એક નવકારવાળી ગણવા બેસીએ તો પણ મન સ્થિર રહી શકતું નથીઅને જ્ઞાનીઓ કહે છે કે મનને સ્થિર કાર્ય વગર ધર્મનું આધ્યાત્મિક ફળ ક્યારેય પણ ના મળી શકે. આ માટે “ધ્યાનાભ્યાસ” એટલે કે ધ્યાનનો અભ્યાસ જરૂરી છે અને અનિવાર્ય છે. તે “ધ્યાન” ના વિષયમાં પૂર્વાચાર્યોએ જે પધ્ધતિ આપણને બતાવી છે તેનો વિચાર કરી આપણા રોજીન્દા જીવનમાં કેવી રીતે આપણે અમલમાં મૂકી શકીએ તે માટે એક દિવસની શિબિર નું આયોજન શનિવાર, તા. ૩૧ જાન્યુરી ૨૦૧૫ ના કર્યું છે, જેની વિગત નીચે મુજબ છે.

Tender Care Community Outreach Program (TCCOP) September 2014 Activity Report

Tender Care Community Outreach Program (TCCOP) Update
Subsidiary of ACC (Anekant Community Center)

Our efforts of serving the community is continuing with your gracious support.

Last month during Paryushan Parva we (TCCOP) had huge support from our community. Our community supported us very generously. We were able to collect donations which exceeded our expectations. We are continually thankful for your support. Every act of generosity helps us further our mission.

Also at that time Sarva Mangal Family Trust (Rikaben & Manubhai) have generously offered to match every pledged donation collected through the month of October 2014. TCCOP would like to thank Manubhai & Rikaben Shah for their generosity and support.

We are continuing our weekly routine of serving breakfast and monthly dinners , providing grocery and visiting lonely patients.

We are in the process of conducting few sessions on
advance training for IPAD. Details on the sessions will follow.
