The affairs and assets of JCSC are managed by two elected bodies.

One is an Executive Committee (EC) and the second is a Board of Directors (BoD) consisting of eleven directors (seven + four from EC).

The Executive Committee is responsible for the general day-to-day operations of JCSC. The Executive Committee is responsible for organizing and coordinating religious and cultural activities, managing the Derasar and the library, organizing and scheduling JCYC classes, and more.

The Board of Directors is involved with broad policy and setting future goals and direction for the Center. Specifically, they are responsible for future facility expansions, management of existing assets, and coordinating major repairs and renovations. Four officers of the Executive Committee, namely, the President, the Vice-President, the Secretary, and the Treasurer also serve on the Board of Directors.

The Executive Committee consists of 15 members including five officers: the President, the Vice-President, the Secretary, the Treasurer, and the Public Relations Officer. All members including the five officers have a two-year term.
